Sun Spa Policies

An Outstanding Experience

At our Tanning Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer! With that being said, we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Sun Spa experience!
Any guest must be 18 years of age or older to use our UV tanning beds, or to have access to our salon 24/7.
You may use our sunless machine if you are 16+, with a parent present to sign a consent form for your spray. 
Airbrush is 18+ only. No exceptions to any of these age restrictions.
Each guest must wear a mask inside of our salon, in any common areas!
No guests may have anyone accompany them inside of the salon, unless it is a parent coming to sign a consent form. We do not allow anyone under the age of 16 years old inside of our salon for any reason.
Due to the nature of our product and services, we do not offer refunds or returns. We may offer exchanges or store credit, minus a restocking fee, at salon operators discretion.  
We offer a fine variety of professional product for your tan. We are in the process of upgrading beds and replacing many things around our salon. So we are able to offer premium equipment, in the best shape possible, we do not allow ANY lotions purchased from any online retailers or big box stores. You are welcome to use products purchased from any tanning salon that purchases approved products.
